Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently offer shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times can vary depending on your specific location and customs processing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pawpawecommerce@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, some orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees if this happens.

Address Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Paw Paw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), although we strive to ship using methods that minimize these occurrences.
