Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made from Paw Paw (“we”, “our”, “us”) via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights in the EU/UK remain unaffected.

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation; the contract is formed when we accept by sending a shipping confirmation. We may cancel/refund orders for stock errors, pricing/typographical errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right, inform us via email or our contact form within 14 days. You must send back the goods without undue delay and bear the direct cost of return unless the item is faulty.

10. Warranty & Liability

If a product is faulty, contact us with photos; we will repair, replace, or refund according to law and our policy. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses or delivery delays outside our control.

14. Governing Law

If you are an EU/UK consumer, local mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
